The Lifehold interest of and in all that plot or parcel of Land situate, lying and being in Altrincham, aforesaid, as the same is now marked and fenced out, containing by admeasure One Rood and Twenty-one perches, of the Cheshire large measure or thereabouts, being part of a certain field called the Highmost Eaton Meadow, and now converted into a garden or orchard, and in the occupation of Mrs. Margaret Drinkwater the owner.
