Document and a letter from Slater Heelis solicitors, typed in purple ink - 'Declaration re Will of James Holden of Rochdale, investment of £10,000'. The draft has been amended by Slater Heelis and the letter explains the reasons for the amendments to the terms of the gift by the trustees of the will of James Holden including the stipulation that blind people from Rochdale would have an automatic right to be selected to live in one of the Henshaw's homes, Slater Heelis reject this stipulation amongst other saying it is not in line with the practices of the charity.
