Photograph of etching of Beeston Castle by Roger Oldham. Roger Oldham was born in Lincoln and moved to Sale. He was articled to Mr.Charles Heathcote, the architect. One of his main interests was art and his office was also his studio where he produced many drawings such as those that illustrated Picturesque Cheshire.
