This Dovecote stood for many years in the grounds of Sale Hall. In this photograph the Dovecote is standing in the middle of the roundabout at Junction 6 of the M60, formerly Junction 8 of the M63. Due to the widening of the M60 it was recently taken down and moved to a new location at Walkden Gardens on Marsland Road.
