Photographs of members of the Griffiths family of Davyhulme who were market gardeners
During the 1930s the Griffith family traded as market gardeners in Davyhulme. They grew plants,vegetables and fruit and raised pigs and poultry which were sold to the public. The family lived in a house which was built around 1717 using one of the rooms as a shop.
