Pair of porcelain mugs, commissioned by Hale and Ringway Coronation Festivities, and Hale and Ringway Coronation Celebrations.
Mug with colour portraits of George V and Queen Mary include a maker's mark of Shelley (late Foley), England. Both mugs have gilding around the handles and rim. The second mug is primarily white, with the royal crown, monogram and date 1911 in colour. The mug also includes a blue graphic with crest and inscription 'a ma puissance'.
