Summary

Teen rebel and social-media star Robin Hood is in exile in Holland, limited to public campaigning for the rebel cause. In the meantime, the Sherwood Forest rebels have been waging a long bitter war against President Marjorie Kovacevic's troops. And hundreds of thousands of civilians, women and children, have been locked up in squalid open-air prisons. But if the President wants to remain in power, she must do whatever it takes to completely destroy the rebels in Sherwood Forest.
