All my poems : a novel

Barrow, Isla2025
Book
Akihiko, a young poet living in the wartime suburbs of Takayama, Japan, had once viewed life through blurred eyes. This was before an unexpected romance began to flourish and his heart began to suffer turmoil it had never experienced. But when love is engulfed by tradgedy, and the city of Hiroshima lies in ruin and flame, Akihiko is faced with an an ugly reality. He struggles to reconcile his ideals as his concept of man breaks apart into fractured shards, his mind caught between memory and contemporaneity. Akihiko is faced with the question: does beauty still exist in a war-torn world?
