There is no creator signature or date but the plan appears to be part of a series produced by Charles Clegg and Son, dated 14 April 1886, which includes plans for alterations to Stretford Town Hall and new baths to the rear of the building. The plan is stamped to say that it was approved by Stretford Local Board on 4 May 1886 and signed by John Walsh, Chairman.
