A postcard of Lloyds Bank sent to Mrs Butterworth and Mr J B Blackburn, Southport. 'Dear Mother, I am glad that you enjoying yourself. Keep on doing it. I went ot Mrs H's to tea on Christmas Day and then came home and played cards till late. It made Auntie poorly, but we enjoyed ourselves. I had to go to bed soon on Tuesday night so she is a deal better today.' Your loving daughter.
