The Local Heritage Collection is comprised of personal, business, social and civic records -- all of which pertain to the towns or individuals inhabiting the areas throughout the modern-day Trafford borough. The collection includes those historic gifts, bequests and purchases made by and to the libraries and other civic authorities, even in the years prior to the Trafford Borough's creation in 1974.
