A piece of stone unearthed in 1972, from a depth of approximately 50 feet during excavation for the M63 Motorway, the site of the Water Park Sale. The stone is approximately 150 million years old.
Provenance: This item was located at Trafford Local Studies during the time of the 1987-1990 Trafford Leisure Services audit of art and heritage material.
