Entries for a competition held by Trafford Local Studies for memories of life in Trafford plus photos used for display. The winning entry was titled "Man in Space-Back Alive"by Mrs Patricia Paton; the story of the visit to Trafford in 1961 by the astronaut Yuri Gagarin.
