Document regarding part of Thomas Henshaw's will, land bequeathed by him to those named was entailed to Thomas and Humphrey Trafford and their heirs (when they tried to bequeath it to their heirs the law of entail came into play) further complicated by the fact the Henshaws will was still in Chancery. '12th/13th November 1838, Involved in Chancery 21st November 1838 - Thomas Joseph Trafford Esq and Humphrey Trafford Esq - Disentailing Deed - illegible - Slater and Heelis Manchester. Handwritten in black ink on paper, 8 sheets held together in top left-hand corner.
