Services upon which efforts are concentrated are: the transport and distribution of essential food supplies, including meat, margarine, fish, potatoes, cheese and flour; manintenance of water supplies and essentail coal supplies, sanitary, gas and elecctrical services, with special intructions regarding postal services.
