Independent Methodist Chapel built 1836 taken down 1878 and replaced by a larger chapel 1879 also known as Higgin Lane Chapel. First non-conformist chapel in Stretford. The houses 109 to 117 were taken down 1902 and a new Sunday school was built on site 1903.
